Our holiday home is located in Hermagor in Southern Austria. Restaurants and shops in the centre of Hermagor are literally only a few minutes away by foot. Its central location within the region of Hermagor-Presseggersee makes it an absolutely ideal location to explore the region.
Here are some great reasons to choose our fabulous holiday home for your next vacation:
(1) Ideal for groups of visitors: from 6 up to 16 people. Our holiday home is particularly well suited for groups or small groups of families. The large fenced in garden offers plenty of space for children. And a large driveway at the front of the house provides ample space for car parking.
(2) Situated close to Skiarena Nassfeld: The bus stop of free shuttle to the Skiarena Nassfeld is located about 50m away from the house. The Nassfeld Ski resort, with its 110 km of slopes, a fun park, cross country trails and a toboggan run, offers unique experiences for all ages and activity levels. It is well loved by visitors and is one of Austria's most attractive ski regions.
(3) Spacious and Comfortable Living Accomodation: 7 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms! On the ground floor you find a large living room with SAT-TV and a corner sofa, a large dining space and a separate kitchen, as well as one of the bedrooms and a bath. The other 6 bedrooms are distributed over the first and second floor, with a further bathroom on each level. The house now benefits from wireless internet.
(4) Fantastic Location: Apart from its fantastic proximity to Hermagor and Nassfeld Ski Resort, you can reach some of the nearby alms easily by car, where you can find the well known Gailtaler Speck and alm cheese. Only 6km from the house, Presseggersee is Carinthia's warmest lake for bathing with temperatures of up to 28°C combined with grade A water quality. The area offers plenty of opportunities for walking, hiking and mountain biking. The lake offers a variety of water activities and is especially child friendly with a choice of public access areas with plenty of facilities.
